That is odd Robb ... maybe a bird flew in to it or something? Are they just sensors for opening the window or for glass breakage as well?

We just got the sensors for the windows opening right now - we're planning to upgrade to the breakage ones later on.

I figured if something flew into it - the netting in front of the window would have show it - but it was untouched.

Joey - could be that, hot-cold-hot-cold condensation inside the window trim, I did open it and it was dry and perfectly in place.

Any of ya'll ever installed an electric garage opener before?

We got that in the house as well Smile

Its a pain when its armed and you forget to close the blinds - goes off when a bird or anything goes past the window.

Clean your damn windows then.

My parents have issues with birds building nests in the chimney at their place. they end up in the house fairly often. The first thing they always try is to fly out a window. We can usually put them outside while they are knocked out afterwards.

Robb, I didn't install my opener, but it seems pretty straight forward just looking at it. It's a basic chain driven system. There is a single 110 power plug and an antenna that's a lot like a basic AM antenna for a home stereo.
